VSF electronic Doorkeeper – with with an analogue timer and solar power (4x NiMH rechargeable batteries). Reliable, secure operation, regardless of the weather or time of year – even when the sun takes a break.
Let your vertical gate in the poultry house automatically Flexible and straightforward installation, very simple to set up. A overload protection prevents damage in the event of temporary blockages (e.g. a frozen sliding door). By using limit switches in the unit, there is no danger to animals located beneath the closing gate. It simply stops and then continues to close once the animal has moved away. The electronics are protected by a special coating. Up to 1.5 kg possible. Flexible installation possible using accessories. Further accessories, e.g. an external solar cell for indoor installation with a 2 m cable, will be available in future. HS, mHS, gHS and bioHS gates – gates + rails in four different sizes for the most common poultry breeds. Various mounting options are available through the use of pulleys. The 4 required batteries are included and simply need to be activated.

Optional or alternative items
In future, an external solar cell . Provided the device is mounted inside the stable or in a location that is too shaded, the external solar panel will be required to charge the batteries.

Installation
Installation is very simple: first, fit the gate, pull it into the open position, then fit the VSF so that you can connect it to the gate via the loop (cord rolled up = as supplied!). Then activate the batteries – and you’re done. You can also control several sliders with a single VSF via UR pulleys (see installation examples), provided the maximum total weight is not exceeded.
