Rewound cord – Option 1
Errors are indicated by an LED and on the display. Correct using the manual control.
Rewound line – Option 2
The issue is resolved by releasing the limit switches using pliers.
Cord incorrect - to the right of the upper roller
The cord passes to the right of the upper roller. Solution: Loosen the cord and lift it over the upper roller.
If the cord is routed through the device incorrectly, it may no longer close.
Incorrect line routing – past the lower pulley on the right – Variation 1
The cord runs past the lower roller on the right. Use tweezers to lift the cord over the roller and press the limit switch to release the tension on the cord.
In this case, the device may no longer close.
Line misaligned – passing to the right of the lower pulley – Variation 2
The cord runs to the right of the lower roller. To correct the cord routing, unscrew the roller briefly, reposition the cord to the correct side and screw the roller back on tightly. If the limit switch is to be rendered immobile, this is a solution. With this cord routing, the appliance may no longer close.
Incorrect line routing – passing to the right of the lower roller – Variation 3
The cord runs along the right-hand side of the lower roller. The cord is loosened using pliers so that the cord guide can be corrected using tweezers. Loosening the cord with pliers can also be used if the cord is very tight and cannot be loosened in any other way.
If this error occurs, the device may no longer close.
