Postage
The applicable delivery charges will be displayed at the shop’s checkout based on your country of delivery. The applicable delivery charges depend on the products ordered and the delivery address provided. We dispatch our products by post or parcel. Parcel deliveries outside Germany are handled by GLS. Deliveries within Germany are handled by DHL.
GLS does not deliver to parcel collection points. If a parcel delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be left at the nearest parcel shop.
Deliveries to islands – provided they are defined as a separate tariff zone and must be selected separately – are excluded.
Delivery charges are charged in addition to the stated

Delivery time
The delivery time is specified for each item. Unless otherwise stated, this is between 2 - 3 working days from the date of order (Germany) and 3 - 5 working days from receipt of payment (rest of Europe) .
There are generally no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, national and regional public holidays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of delivery delays.
This is primarily done by email.
If you order several items from us as part of a single order for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time applicable to the entire consignment is that of the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
Terms of payment
Our shop system checks which payment and delivery options are possible for your order during each order process.
Note on PayPal payments by invoice / payment within 30 days:
Our payment service provider PayPal offers the option of paying by invoice or with a delay of a few weeks (during payment at checkout after logging in to PayPal, you have the option of selecting the type of your payment in PayPal, depending on the delivery country). Please note that if you select PayPal, regardless of which payment option you choose within this payment option, you have a liability to PayPal, not to us. Therefore, if you select payment via PayPal and choose "Payment on account" or "Payment in 30 days" in PayPal, you must transfer the amount to PayPal, not to us. In
"Payment in 30 days", this is a direct debit system. The money will be debited by PayPal from the account you have stored with PayPal at the time specified by PayPal.
Regardless of this, you will receive an invoice from us enclosed with the parcel. PayPal is entered there as the payment option. This means that from our point of view, you have already paid for the goods. We receive the money from PayPal. However, you are obliged to settle the liability with PayPal.
