9. Manual operation by holding a magnet against the Doorkeeper housing or the extended control panel (for example, conveniently at arm’s length next to the door)
10. The flap stops the closing process if an animal is sitting underneath it. It continues to close once the animal has moved away.
11. No door calibration required. The slide’s travel is simply determined by the installation.
12. Indoor installation in the coop is possible by connecting a light sensor extension ASb.
13. An optional 12V mains adaptor can be connected; the batteries in the Doorkeeper can serve as an emergency power supply for this.

This set is only available suitable for outdoor installation (slightly sheltered)! If you wish to install the Doorkeeper inside the coop , please order the ASb outdoor light sensor in the appropriate length at the same time. If you are installing the unit indoors and wish to operate it conveniently by hand, it is best to order the external SA extension as well. This allows you to move the control panel for manual operation away from the unit and place it, for example, next to the door of the henhouse.
